I recently moved here and it’s pretty nice here. The staff is amazing and it’s a pretty quiet complex Update: they will RIP YOU OFF when it comes to getting your deposit back. I left my place clean besides a couple items in the fridge and had to replace two blinds. They said I had marks on countertop but couldn’t show me! Yeah right NEVER AGAIN

Mis Brianna is Definitely Professional and super friendly she is very patient and knowledgeable in answering questions I had I will definitely consider staying here for a long time it's a great experience and maintenance are quick to respond And very Helpful I love this Apartments complex Glad im here love it ❤️🥰

I moved here and found the residents and neighbors to be super friendly and the front office staff is always helpful. We love the dog park. It’s hard not to notice the maintenance team. They are always around the property keeping things maintained and cleaned.

The Property Manager Brianna has been very curtious and helpful when called on. She's knowledgeable and quick to resolve issues. The complex itself is nice and for the most part quiet, is very clean, and maintained daily. The maintenance crew are also a breeze to work with. The prices are also better than the average. Over all, a very solid 4/5.

I have lived at Towne Oaks II since 2005. It is convenient to IH35 and US183 and rent is affordable. Grounds are well kept and maintenance is exceptional. It has 2 laundry rooms, a pool and fitness center. Brianna is a wonderful assistant manager. They just recently added a grassy area for dogs to run off leash. Check it out.
