These are probably the nicest condo/ apartments in Austin. The security/concierge is first class, the grounds are well manicured and maintained. The building is clean. Courtney and Sady the managers are the best! There’s a weight room, billiard room, fitness room, indoor and outdoor pool. The best!!

I've lived here and rented my unit here since 2011. I really like the staff here, especially right now - they're easy to work with and always very personable. Terrific location for the lake, the trails, Rainey St and all of downtown! The HOA, on the other hand, is slightly concerning.. they seem to not use 'the peoples' money prudently.. overpaying for repairs, art work, etc and they've put the roof replacement off until the last minute.. we shall see! Overall, been a very satisfied owner here.
