The apartment itself is stunning-modern layouts, sleek finishes, and beautiful countertops that make it a great living environment. The amenities are phenomenal and always pristine, from the pool to the spacious fitness center to the work from home spaces, I am impressed. What truly sets this community apart is the incredible management and maintenance team. Their professionalism, warmth, and promptness show a genuine commitment to hospitality that makes me feel incredibly well taken care of. If you're looking for an elevated lifestyle with an unmatched vibe and a team that goes above and beyond, The Zoey is the best choice! Highly recommended!

On a Sunday morning I had locked myself out of my apartment because the lock broke with my stuck in it. I called the maintenance number and left a message to report it as an emergency since the leasing office is closed on Sundays. I got a call back in less than 10 minutes from Huri who is the maintenance manager for the building. He was able to replace the entire lock and got me back into my apartment quickly. The maintenance staff is always willing to help even on a Sunday! Really appreciate the help Huri really saved me this morning!

Jordan has been a great asset to The Zoey and consistently makes the resident experience feel professional, welcoming, and well cared for. He does a strong job staying approachable and handling concerns with patience, which helps build trust with both residents and prospects. What stands out most is his ability to keep things running smoothly while still giving people the feeling that they’re being heard and taken seriously. He also seems to work well with the team, communicates clearly, and steps up when the property needs support. Overall, Jordan brings a calm, dependable presence that reflects well on both him and The Zoey.

I’ve lived at Zoey for several months now and wanted to provide an updated review. I had some concerns after reading prior reviews before leasing, but my experience has been very positive. There is an unofficial resident group chat where frustrations tend to escalate, particularly around recent enforcement of rules related to bulk trash. Management has started issuing fines for leaving large furniture at trash chutes, which is clearly posted as prohibited. From what I’ve seen, most residents I meet in person are happy here. The group chat can be useful for buying and selling items, but it often amplifies complaints and misinformation. Here’s a more fair assessment based on my experience: Fire alarms have not been a recurring issue during my time here. The only notable incident was during the recent freeze when a pipe burst in the garage. Management communicated updates clearly, and repairs were completed the same day. Friends at other Austin properties experienced similar weather-related issues. The pool is currently under renovation. Work has been moving steadily, and it looks like it’ll be ready for water soon. The new sky lounge is a great addition and very well done. Currently, you check out a key from the office to use the fire pit. The gate works - never been broken since I’ve lived here. There is security on-site at night, typically near the garage entrance or leasing office. It seems like they spend a lot of time guarding the market and the garage. Building access is controlled by fob or phone, and I’ve never seen homeless in the building but occasionally walking on the sidewalk outside the building. Gym is always stocked with wipes and very clean. All the equipment works but you have to create your own account for the mirrors and bikes - otherwise you use the preloaded classes. They’re sufficient. Not something I care about too much. The property uses Fetch for packages. I don’t love the app - but I’ve never had a package go missing. Guest parking is easy and there are a lot of spaces. Lot of extra parking on the street outside property if it gets full. I earn points I can redeem for credit toward rent when I make a payment. I’ve made $13 in the last 3 months. The grills are clean, well-maintained, and consistently stocked with gas. Lighting throughout the property is sufficient. Skylounge was a little dark when I first moved in - but it’s been improved. Pet waste is occasionally left along the main road for a day or two, particularly over weekends, though stations are stocked 99% of the time. I would appreciate a dog park, but that was something I was aware of before moving in. The windows for my apartment are dirty on the outside. Management told me they’re getting all of them cleaned right after the pool is done. There is a big field behind the property that Zoey doesn’t own. Sometimes it’s a little overgrown but was recently mowed. I play fetch with my dogs back there. Management is very friendly and knowledgeable. They’re organized. Moving in was easy but also comprehensive. They had lots of helpful documents like the resident orientation that has common topics easily accessible. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their work. Maintenance is quick. Ive placed two work orders and both were done same day. I’ve had no pest control issues. Haven’t needed them. Overall, my experience has been great. Zoey is convenient access to the airport and a cheap uber to downtown. The area has lots of music venues, coffee shops, fast food, and great Mexican and Asian food. Don’t believe everything you read. Go see the property for yourself!
