Deana is fabulous and personable. We were greeted by Cassy at the concierge desk upon entry. Deana spoke to me and my father. I’ve visited so many places and today was the first time I felt like the care was focused on my Dad and not who’s paying the bill. The residents are curtious and so many spoke about the activities and how much they enjoy living there. I’m grateful we were referred to Conservatory North Austin

I've lived here for over ten years. I was originally attracted to the Conservatory for the warm welcome I received from residents and the vibrancy of the community. That is still the case and I especially enjoy eating with my friends. Our menus are varied with many healthy options. We have an extensive salad bar, daily choice of soup and three entrees to select from (plus desserts). If nothing appeals, we have the option of ordering from the "Always Available Menu" which includes such items as grilled chicken or fish, hamburgers, grilled cheese sandwich, etc. We even have vegetarian option which started in response to resident requests. There is a wide variety of activities and exercise programs to keep us busy, interested and healthy. I also appreciate having transportation now that I've sold my car. Our driver tries very have to get me to all my doctor appointments (can't use Uber due to mobility scooter) in between her regular schedule.

I went with my great-grandma to tour The Conservatory and it was honestly such a nice place! Everyone there was super kind and welcoming, and it felt really homey. The building is beautiful and the people living there seemed so happy. My great-grandma loved it and kept talking about how nice everyone was. I’m really glad I got to go with her!

I recently accompanied my grandfather on a tour of The Conservatory, and we were both so impressed by how warm, welcoming, and informative the experience was. The community is beautiful, and the staff made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure my grandfather felt comfortable and valued. It was easy to see how much they care about their residents and families. I left feeling confident that this would be a wonderful place for him to enjoy the next chapter of his life!

The Conservatory is an unusual and amazing place. When my brother and I arrived, we were greeted by several residents with big smiles And warm welcomes. The downstairs area was filled with other residents who had just finished singing Christmas carols in the theater. In all of our visits of retirement homes for our sister, this is the only time we experienced this,, but it was just the beginning of an amazing tour by Tricia, the sales Director. I had already spoken with Tricia on the way over, she had explained some of the many differences between the conservatory and other options out there. It really comes down to the community and the many activities that are provided. Most places might have three or four Activities each day. But their activity sheet had about 15 - one every hour. As we toured the facility we saw many gatherings of residents playing games or visiting. The other places we visited had few residents visible unless they were In the dining hall. There are really too many to list in a review. You just have to go there and experience it. Tricia thoroughly explained all the differences and benefits that the Conservatory offers. She even remembered details of our prior conversation that she brought up during the tour. Her energy was boundless. She did an amazing job at not only explaining things, but introducing us to many staff members and residents as we walked around and looked at the rooms. Which, by the way are large with a full kitchen and huge walk-in closet. The Conservatory is a magical place, and you can tell the residents love being there. But just meeting Tricia is reason enough to take the tour!
