I came to check out this property and their staff was amazing!!! Mrs Theresa is heaven sent!! She explained everything perfectly, and did everything to assist me. I look forward to referring people and calling the terrace home.

Theresa is OUTSTANDING and goes above and beyond for me and my family every time! Very patient and easy going and so sweet to my non-english speaking family and always has a translator for them! A amazing worker!

I’ve been living here for 3 years and the customer service I get from THERESA is IMMACULATE! She’s such a sweet person and goes ABOVE & BEYOND for her tenants. Anytime I need something done I go straight to her.
