Stepping in to The Social apartments, the staff and management team welcomed me very well. Not only that but they were willing to work with me as a felon. Joe the maintenance man always is going to come thru and fix any issue not only that but awaken the atmosphere by adding on to the pool and keeping it clean and everything locked up on time. Iris part of the management team up there will work with you . The whole staff is understanding if you get backed up on payments but over all my stay here been peaceful and quiet. Rangers patrol thru here not only that but they making change for comfort. Thanks 🙏🏽

I registered my car last month here at the apartments. I came out today and my car was gone!! I called 911 to report it stolen but they said it was impounded for not being registered. I did everything I needed to do and now I have to pay over $200 to get it back. Can’t they just admit to the mistake and make it better. I’m so disappointed! Might be moving soon if not resolved.

So I have lived here since October 2024 when I got here, Mack was the manager And she was amazing. We’ve gone through about three or four since then until now we have Crystal and she is amazing as well. She has gone above and beyond to clean this place up and to get things done now the ones in between they’re not even worth a conversation if I had it to do all over again when I come here no but I’m here so I’m gonna make the best of it.

DO NOT MOVE HERE First off Joe the maintenance man is absolutely amazing!!!!! He keeps the complex clean and does the best he could to help me with maintenance issues. That being said he is only one person and 90% of the time I have lived here he had no help. Now where do I even start. I should have know when I did it get the lease to sign until the day before move in that it was not gonna be a good experience but at that point. When I went to get my keys the apartment wasn’t ready to move in even though it was the date it was supposed to be ready. So I had to take a 2nd floor apartment instead of the first floor I signed a lease for. No walk through bathtub was peeling, dishwasher flooded kitchen when tried to use, and kitchen drawer was broken. Pay for packages which they no long take packages at the office but still getting charged. Pay for concierge trash pickup that doesn’t even get picked up the majority of the time. Gates never worked but was constantly being told they are working on fixing them. Let’s talk pest control. Have to pay monthly for pest control yet no monthly pest control have to sign up for pest control. I was horrified to find out the complex has a RAT ISSUE ALONG WITH ROACHES. When they do come in to spray for the roaches they don’t spray the whole building just the specific apartment which isn’t going to do anything but push them to another apartment not help get rid of them. Rats so bad that they were chewing shoes, started chewing my couch. Took them about 7 months of putting down rat traps that never caught anything before they finally come in and pull all appliances to find nests and holes in the floors and walls and under cabinets to board them up. Let’s talk management. The time I have been here there have been at least 4 different managers each saying they were sent there to get everything fixed and right at the complex. None of them lasting more than a couple of months so any issues you have went in and talked to them about you have to start all over again with the new one Now I was without A/C for at least 4/5 months away being told they are waiting on this or waiting in that. Gave me a window unit in the bedroom. Apartment was almost 80 every single day. They want the rent before the 3rd before charging a late fee but will take months to fix anything. The draw in the kitchen just finally got fixed in July. Again DO NOT MOVE HERE THE ARE ALL ABOUT GETTING THE RENT AND NIT ABOUT THE TENANTS IR COMPLEX

Do NOT move here. Constant homeless people are breaking into cars and sleeping on the property. Cops won't even show up here when you call them. Maintenance will take around 6 months to address (not fix) but ADRESS your issues...yes ISSUES! my oven, dishwasher, and stove do not work, and they won't fix it. I'm sure until I move out. Management is always changing, so things that need to be fixed do not get fixed (gate, on-site laundry, homeless problem). Security is non-existent. They charge 30 extra dollars for "valet trash," which they do not pick up. It's basically taken over by trashy people who have no regard for anyone around them. I cannot express enough to not move here.
