Fantastic location - steps away from the trail, Rainey St bars, grocery, restaurants and reasonably close to other downtown spots. You can either walk on a nice day or Car2Go in the super hot summer months. Dog friendly building. The residents are respectful and friendly. Can't say enough great things about the staff who were always professional, warm and happy to assist.

The shores are great condos. They are right down town and next to town lake, you get the best of both worlds. On weekends I hardly drive, I end up walking to dinner, the bar, the lake, just about every where.
