The Saint June

I want to highlight something unique about living here. The staff thinks ahead about building a good experience for residents and thinks outside the box to solve problems. I have seen that most strongly with the maintenance staff (Christian, as well as William and Jose) who: 1. Took the time to clearly explain a maintenance situation to me (the origin of which is not their fault, and ended up not being a big deal) so that I understood the work they needed to do, which was comforting and respectful. 2. They went out of their way to find a solution that would be thorough, but also most convenient for me, and the checked in to make sure I was satisfied with the work. 2. I found out that Christian worked with the team to make sure that preventative maintenance is done on each unit and that 3. Trash pickup is adjusted to make sure there’s never overflow It means a lot to know that they are thinking ahead about issues. This is rare. It also must mean that the management staff is supportive of their proactive thinking. I know that Johnny and team also made changes to the experience soon after they arrived, like updating the pool area WiFi so that it actually could be used, where it was spotty from the last management.

This is our second year, and we just renewed for a third, at the Saint June apartments. I cannot express enough how wonderful this community is. The property is gorgeous, the views are stunning, and the apartments are thoughtfully laid out and beautifully designed. They are truly universal in design, making it easy for anyone to feel at home here. If you have a baby pet, they might just fall in love with the property too. There is a cute dog park onsite that our pup absolutely adores.We have made so many memories in our apartment, and we cannot wait to create even more. I also want to highlight the incredible team. Johnny, Jared, and Nicole are absolute pros and always so kind. And the maintenance team—Christian and his crew—are the backbone of this community. Without their hard work and dedication, the property would not be what it is.
