We lived here for 3years in 2 different apartments and every apartment we have been in of ours and our neighbors have a Roach infestation and that is not good and they over charged us alot of money when we moved out no eviction just simply moved out Due to us leaving a little stuff in the fridge ..they never fixed anything so how could they have the audacity to overcharge us for roach infestation unbelievable😡😮💨🤢😤😤and then not to mention we had a flood from upstairs neighbors thaat ruined most of our stuff the only thing they did was move us to the apartment next door and still cha0rged us full rent...for our last month there is absolutely no compasdion because now we have a 700$ move out charge which is ludicrous because 2 days ago we only owed 40$....we are still being scammed

I'm going on 2yrs here and I like it, everyone in the office is very nice and helpful and maintance,staff is very helpful when I need something done, fast and friendly 😀

Apartments are very small. Very little natural light comes through the windows. The complex is located off of a VERY busy & loud highway. Only half of the laundry machines work. The security gates don't work. They always remain open. Most units if not all have a roach problem too.

HI I AM SO IMPRESSED WITH HEDGE APARTMENTS AND SPEACIALLY MR BOB . BOB MADE MY MOVING SO COMFORTABLE AND EASY. AND THE BEST PART EVERYTIME HE SEES ME AROUND HE MAKE SURE I AM HAPPY AND SATISFIED LIVING HERE. THE BEST REP AND SERVICE I EVER HAD. THANKS BOB AND THANKS HEDGE.
