I wanted to take a moment to share how much the Quincy Apartments truly meant to my family. This was the very first place we called home when we relocated to Austin for work in 2022, and it will always hold a special place in our hearts. During our time at the Quincy, we found so much more than an apartment. We found a real sense of community. We met neighbors who quickly became family, experienced some of the most beautiful views Austin has to offer, and lived in a space that felt thoughtfully designed with great appliances and layouts that worked well for everyday life. The location was unbeatable. Being right on Rainey Street meant we were surrounded by live music, energy, and everything that makes Austin special. Bars, restaurants, food trucks, coffee shops, and local shops were all within walking distance. The views overlooking Lady Bird Lake and the Congress Bridge never got old and made even the most ordinary days feel special. Like any downtown high rise, there were occasional realities that come with city living. After more than twelve years of living in downtown high rises in multiple cities, I can confidently say that is simply part of the experience anywhere. Even with that, the Quincy stands out as the best community I have ever lived in. The leasing office was consistently welcoming, helpful, and responsive, but one person truly went above and beyond for our family. Paul was an absolute light from day one. Whether it was helping resolve an issue, answering questions, guiding us through a process, or simply taking the time to sit and talk, he was always there. His patience, responsiveness, and attention to detail never went unnoticed. What truly set Paul apart was how much he genuinely cared. He treated residents like people rather than unit numbers and always approached situations with kindness, respect, and understanding. His knowledge of the building, the community, and resident needs was unmatched. He consistently went the extra mile to make sure everyone felt heard and supported. His positive energy, professionalism, and authenticity made a lasting impact on our family and played a huge role in making the Quincy feel like home. The Quincy community is incredibly lucky to have him. Although we have recently moved on due to another work relocation, the Quincy will always be more than just an apartment building to us. It was a true home and a true community, and we are deeply grateful for the memories, friendships, and experiences we gained there. - Caver Family

Overall living here at the Quincy has been good but it's been a mixed bag. I'd give it a 3.5 if google would let me To start with the positives. This is a good overall community. The leasing agent Lenisha and the assistant manager Paul have been helpful and nice when I've worked with them. I want to specifically call out Paul for being helpful and empathic during the flooding and helped us have a place to stay while we were displaced from our unit. The concierge staff as also been very friendly and helpful. We really enjoy our unit and enjoy living here and our views. Now for the bad. I'll admit we had bad luck, but 2 months ago we got a warning about a fire in the building (which happened on a floor above my unit) and I walk into my unit raining from the ceiling in the kitchen and bedroom due to the fire water suppression system going off. It has now been 2 months since that incident. Since it happened, I have received maybe 4 emails from the leasing office about repairs, and have had to stop in weekly to try and get updates about my apartment to no avail. As someone who works from home, this has been very disruptive. At this point I've given up trying to get info or timelines on repairs. As it stands, 2 months later, I still cannot turn on the lights in my kitchen due to water damage and they have not repaired any of the water damage on the ceilings, I'm still missing baseboards, and the light fixtures in my kitchen still have not been repaired since it was raining from them.

The apartment itself is great, especially a view! That’s honestly why we chose this place. We considered Quincy because we used to live down the street and were familiar with the area. The concierge team has been great. Everyone is polite and helpful, and there is one gentleman with a beard who truly stands out. I don’t know his name, but he is consistently kind, respectful, and professional. He makes the building feel welcoming. Unfortunately, the move-in experience was extremely Stressful, which is unnecessary All of the leasing director Lanisha Washington. Her behavior was unprofessional, rude, and disappointing . Communication with her felt immature and unprofessional, both in tone and attitude, and at times it was hard to believe I was speaking with someone in a director-level position. I was accused of submitting fake pay stubs, which was shocking and frustrating. She did not appear to understand what ADP is, even though it is one of the most common payroll systems. I had to provide 6month of bank statements on top of 8 weeks of paystubs, and she still claimed the documents “looked strange” or that the formatting was “off,” and therefore fake. She frequently interrupted, made multiple mistakes in the leasing documents, and turned what should have been a simple process into a very stressful experience for us. The situation was only resolved because I escalated it myself by contacting an ADP manager and having ADP support email her directly to confirm the documents were legitimate. That level of escalation should never be required just to move into an apartment. Amenity fee - $75 The pool is in poor condition, none of the three fireplaces work, lamps are missing light bulbs, one of the two grills does not work, and the brew machine has been out of service for over a month. There is also a homeless who lives right by the back door on the building’s property

It’s been a week since we moved in and we can’t be any happier with our experience at the Quincy. The leasing took a week-ish because of the background check issue with my visa but Lenisha and Xavier stepped up and pushed the approval for us. We even asked to move in early on a Saturday and the management accommodated our request and approved our new lease which we really appreciated! During the move-in every concierge was a big help looking out for our deliveries and getting us everything we needed. 5-star view, amenities, service. Here’s a view from my balcony.

The Quincy isn’t just an apartment complex — it’s the pinnacle of luxury living in downtown Austin. And at the heart of it all is the GOAT herself, Kimberly 🐐 the greatest general manager to ever do it. Her leadership, warmth, and commitment to excellence are unmatched. She’s not just running a building; she’s creating a community — one where every resident feels valued, heard, and genuinely taken care of. From day one, the entire management team has gone above and beyond. Whether it was handling small maintenance hiccups or helping coordinate accommodations during travel, they’ve been on it. Fast, respectful, professional, and always with a smile. It’s rare to find a team that’s this dialed-in ☎️ and it’s all a reflection of Kimberly’s top-tier leadership ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The building itself? Absolute chef’s kiss 👨🍳💋. From the sleek, modern design to the resort-style amenities, everything is thoughtfully crafted and maintained to perfection. It’s the kind of place you walk into and immediately think: “Yeah… this is home.” Every dollar you spend here is worth it — you’re not just paying for a place to live, you’re investing in a lifestyle. In my opinion, this is the best apartment complex in all of downtown Austin. Period. Biggest shoutout to Kimberly for paving the way, setting the standard, and making sure everything runs like clockwork. Because of her, The Quincy isn’t just a building — it’s the gold standard. If you’re thinking about living downtown, don’t even waste your time touring 10 other places. The Quincy is the one 🏆
