The Parker

I’ve been living at The Parker Austin for a while now, and it’s been a really good experience overall. I looked at a lot of apartments before picking this one, and what made the difference here wasn’t just the modern units or the clean amenities — it was the people, especially Jina. From the very beginning, Jina was the most helpful person throughout the whole process. She answered every question clearly, walked me through everything step-by-step, and never made me feel rushed or like I was just another lease. Even after move-in, she still checks in, responds quickly, and always finds a way to make things easier. You can tell she actually cares about residents, and that goes a long way. Aside from the great staff, the apartment itself has been solid. The layout is clean and open, there’s plenty of natural light, and the finishes feel high-quality — not the cheap stuff that looks nice for a month and falls apart. It’s also quiet here, which I really appreciate. The amenities are a big plus too. The gym has everything I need, the pool area is clean and relaxed, and the co-working spaces have helped a lot on busy workdays. Everything stays well maintained — it’s clear management puts effort into keeping things right. Location-wise, it’s in a sweet spot: close enough to get into Austin easily, but far enough from the noise to feel peaceful. Food, shopping, and anything else you need are all nearby. All around, The Parker Austin has been a great place to live, and having someone like Jina there to help makes a huge difference. If you’re looking for a place with modern living, a calm vibe, and a team that really supports residents, I’d definitely recommend it.

Ms. Jina, is truly one of a kind. She originally leased to me at another property, and we’ve stayed in touch ever since. As my lease was coming to an end, I reached out to her about renewing ONLY to find out she had moved to a new community! Of course, I had to visit and see what her new property was like. staff is the most important thing to me, and after visiting The Parker today, I was beyond impressed. I’ll definitely be applying and making that move. Y’all are incredibly lucky to have her, she has a genuine passion for what she does.

My husband and I want to sincerely thank April, Jina, and Elizabeth for all their help during the process of getting our new apartment. All three of them were incredibly kind, professional, and always available to guide us every step of the way. We absolutely love how our apartment turned out — it truly exceeded our expectations. The community is also very quiet at night, which makes us feel comfortable and safe in our new home. We also want to say thank you so much for the $1,000 gift card we received. We are truly grateful for that generous gesture. Thanks to their dedication, patience, and excellent service, we now have the perfect place to begin this new chapter. We truly appreciate everything they did for us. We highly recommend them 100%!
