Moved out late February 2026 to a different state for work. Got hit with a bunch of charges including a key fob fee (we never received key fobs) and a trash bag fee (what does that even mean?). The total was almost $2000 for all the fees. Left multiple calls, voicemails, emails and never received a response from the Palmer. Decided to just suck it up and pay in early April, but was locked out of their portal so I couldn’t even pay the debt. Called to resolve, again no response. Come late April 2026 and I’m getting calls from a debt collector saying they have received the balance from the Palmer and I have to pay in full day of or else I’ll start gaining interest on the balance and it’ll hit my credit. No matter how many times we tried to resolve this with the Palmer they completely ignored us and left us hanging with a debt collector. Avoid living here if you want a place that treats you like a real person. Terrible, greedy management. Now I am forced to pay $2000 in fees I have no explanation for.

Living here has become frustrating. Noise issues are constant, management is unresponsive, and cleanliness has declined. EV charging is a serious problem — chargers are always taken, even by fully charged cars, forcing residents to drive far just to charge. For the price, this is not acceptable.
