The pool is closed for 8 months, it was closed during the summer due to a very simple repair that they should do in the corridor next to the pool. The worst thing is that there is no indication that they want to repair it for next summer.

Wow! All I can say is wow. Lety from the Oaks has been here for a few months and she has been absolutely amazing. So caring, understanding, knowledgeable and most importantly HELPFUL! I’m so appreciative of her support. I’ve been living here for a while and I’ve loved being here but Lety has made living here, even better. She is an asset to the community ❤️

I am new to the area and I was riding by and decided to pull over. Ms. Letti is phenomenal. She listened to my concerns, she showed me the property I was interested in and she gave me hope. Her customer service and caring spirit is what I needed. Ive been in Austin for a week and haven’t felt this welcomed since I stepped in her office. Thank you for caring and taking the time out to assist me. I greatly appreciate you. Keep up the amazing work. The world need more people like you

I had a great experience at The Oaks at Ben White, and I just have to give a huge shoutout to Letti! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome and taken care of. She was incredibly professional, kind, and knowledgeable — she answered all my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to help. The community itself is well-kept, quiet, and feels like home, but Letti is truly what made the experience stand out. Highly recommend asking for her if you stop
