The Muse Apartments

I lived in a greystar building (muse at soco) 2.5 years ago and have since been trying to get my security deposit back, they have told me no less than 6 times a check has been mailed to me but no check has ever arrived. i email them about 6 times a month (for the last 30 months) and they respond to maybe 1/20th of them. really shady business practices and i would not recommend living there. fraud scam

You will be charged $75 a month per vehicle for parking(as a resident). IN ADDITION - ANY GUEST you have will pay minimum $25 to visit you for two hours, $57 for a day. This amenity was changed after we moved in and is not discussed enough in these reviews. My mom visited and PAID for her parking and still got sent a bill in the mail. The staff are aware of this and the outrage of residents, they keep responding to reviews that they are “happy to discuss these concerns” regarding parking, but there is no conversation to be had - countless residents have complained already. It is absolutely not the staff’s fault - they are great and everything else about this place would be great, but whoever is managing this property should know this is a ridiculous situation that is easily addressable. People have guests of all types for various reasons (cleaning, services, dog sitting, normal hosting of friends or family, etc) Equinox validates parking in this same garage, it is possible, but it is not being addressed. We moved into this apartment for more space so people could visit us and hosting would be easier, but now having to ask all of our guests to pay over $40 just to come over and hang for a night is absolutely crazy.

I have lived at The Muse for 2 years and just renewed my lease for another year! Location is unbeatable. Nice pool. Special shout out to Mariah and Sara the best office team anyone can ask for!

I had the pleasure of spending 2 years at this apartment complex. It is very well managed and maintained. The few maintenance requests I had were dealt with in a timely manner, and administrative items were resolved with haste thanks to this management team. The amenities are excellent and the location is hard to beat. I would absolutely live here again if I had the opportunity. Sara from the management team was an absolute pleasure to work with!

Confusing directions just to park and find the room. Parking for $30/night not even in the complex. Pool was very shallow, and warm. We stayed in one as an Air B & B, hard to stay relaxed as received at least 6 texts/emails during the 11 hour stay overnight on how to get in, rules, where you can park and how to not use the office for any help and apartment is in ok condition, clean enough, and stocked well. Just owner was a little over the top with interrupting the one night vacation with text messages and emails over the same things .
