5 star property and staff!! Our team stopped by today and got to speak with Colten in the leasing office; he was so accommodating and really helped us out. Had such a great time visiting!

Impressed by the attention to detail. Immaculate condition, great amenities, & a wonderful atmosphere. A fantastic place to call home Clean, safe, well-maintained, and quiet. The excellent location and friendly staff make this the ideal place to live. Highly recommended

My experience at The Monterra has been fantastic and my dog agrees! It’s clean, quiet, and very pet-friendly. The staff here really goes the extra mile. Manali and Michael are always approachable and makes sure everything is taken care of quickly. You won’t find a better managed property in the area.

I’ve had such a great experience living at The Monterra! The community is beautiful and well-maintained, and the entire staff is amazing. Manali, the Assistant Manager, is always so professional, kind, and helpful. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents. The whole team does a fantastic job making this place feel like home.

I just moved out of Monterra Apartments, and I can honestly say it was a great place to call home. The facilities are well-kept, the appliances are reliable, and any maintenance requests I had were always handled quickly. What really stood out to me was the people – the leasing team, manager, and assistant manager were all friendly, approachable, and truly helpful throughout my stay. The community feels safe and comfortable, and the location is super convenient, especially being so close to the Apple Parmer Lane office. Overall, living here was a very positive experience, and I’d definitely recommend Monterra to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming community.
