I have been living here for about 10 months now. It has been an awesome experience living here. I have live in different apartments for 15 years so far, but I have never had a better experience than living here at the Michael at Presidio. The office people know you by your name, they are very responsive to any requests or maintenance issues; I had to get my bath tubs unclogged multiple times, and if I put an order for maintenance, they come in almost right away (or within the same day) to resolve the issue. In addition, all the community activities are refreshing and conducive to meeting new people. The Wednesday gym activity is one of my favorites, and this consistent group exercise program has been motivating me to stay healthier. The outdoor landscape is also beautiful, and it allows you to stroll around on good weather days. I was worried at first as a lady, because it is not a gated community, but it is literally the safest place to live in Austin. I go out for a walk at night, but there are so many neighbors walking at night too, so it feels safe. Love x 1000 and kudos to the office staff! :)

Living here was so carefree, the staff were always friendly and helpful (thank Kate and David!). The trails around the complex are great for an evening stroll with my pup. Truly will miss this place and all.

This complex has roaches in the appliances And does not efficiently resolve issues. Currently been dealing with it since the beginning of the year. Emailed them a month ago.

Our apartment is so wonderful- a lot of storage and great finishes. The property is very well-maintained and a huge shoutout to the staff here. They are so friendly and the service we have received has been impeccable. We love our new home!
