Smoothest move-in I have had in a lifetime of renting. I had a very quick turnaround time on a long distance move and Ray communicated everything perfectly and the leasing experience was quick and easy. Quiet and elegant space with great customer service and care for the facilities. Location is perfect and views are incredible, has been an exceptional experience so far.

The Mercury is such a beautiful property! Affordable rates given the location and the many amenities available. I LOVE the pool and the co-working spaces. I can't thank Megan and Ray enough for their help in getting me set up in my new apartment after moving from another city!

The Mercury has been a great community to work with. The property has a modern, vibrant feel, and the common areas are always clean and well maintained. The onsite team and leasing staff are friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. They handle questions and requests quickly and make sure residents and partners feel supported. Overall, The Mercury is a well run, welcoming property with a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. I would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I moved into The Mercury several weeks ago and couldn’t be happier! I was drawn to its prime location close to downtown and the fact that it’s a brand new building at a very reasonable price. The Mercury team has been super responsive and helpful throughout the entire move-in process, which made everything smooth and easy. The amenities are top notch and everything is clean, modern, and brand new. The building also feels very secure, and I really appreciate that the parking garage has floor to ceiling gate access. Overall, I’ve had a great experience so far and would definitely recommend The Mercury to anyone looking for a stylish, convenient, and safe place to live!

The staff are so sweet, helpful, responsive, and caring; Megan, Ray, and David are incredible to work with. I am obsessed with my new home at The Mercury on Cardinal Lane. It feels so fresh, clean, and new in here. The high ceilings make me feel expansive. Nothing like being the first person to use everything! The amenities are mind blowing. The gym is incredible. 10/10 would highly recommend.
