Marquis at Brushy Creek is a wonderful place to live. The community feels very safe and well maintained. Rody Perez, the Community Director, is extremely kind, professional, and always helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently .Overall, I truly enjoy living here and would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place.

Maintenance requests are handled with impressive speed and professionalism, and all common areas are kept spotlessly clean. The neighborhood is pleasantly quiet, fostering a genuinely friendly atmosphere among residents. It truly feels like a community. The amenities (pool, gym, common spaces) are well-kept and add significant value to the living experience. Parking is always ample and accessible. The complex offers easy access to major roads and is conveniently located near shops and restaurants, enhancing overall quality of life.

I had a great experience touring Marquis at Brushy with Heather! She was so kind and professional, answering all my questions and showing me around thoroughly. The community is beautiful, and it was initially my first choice because of the spacious unit and attached yard also perfect for my dog. It truly is a wonderful place to live, offering large walk in closets, plenty of storage space along with all the essential amenities. The proximity to Round Rock schools and convenient access to everyday necessities make it a very practical location. The entire leasing office staff is exceptional, and I particularly want to commend Heather. She is incredibly warm, inviting, and friendly, and she has an intuitive ability to understand what you're looking for based on your preferences. The maintenance staff is also highly impressive, promptly addressing all service requests and concerns, and I especially appreciate their follow-up to gather feedback. I have been a resident here for over three years without any issues. The community truly treats you like family, and it often feels like a personal oasis away from the hustle and bustle of daily life and that’s important to me as a middle school teacher and single mom. I also appreciate the weekly pest control and daily valet trash pickup. The property is consistently clean, and the landscaping is always manicured with beautiful seasonal flowers that add to the homey atmosphere. I am thoroughly enjoying my life here and have recommended this community to many of my friends, several of whom have since relocated here as well. You won’t regret moving here.
