I love living here! The leasing and the maintenance staff truly look out for me. I feel safe in this gated community and wouldn’t went to be anywhere else.

The Markson has been a wonderful place for my family and I for the past few years. They have always been attentive to our needs and repairs. They have also kept the building and surrounding areas well kept up for our dog. Definitely recommend the Markson and the location is unbeatable.

We have lived here for 2 years and have honestly loved it! They keep the property well maintained. Wish the gym was larger but otherwise all the amenities are great. Haven’t had any issues with work orders etc. if you’re looking for a home in the hill country the Markson is a great place to be!

My partner and I just recently moved into The Markson apartment complex and have had a wonderful experience so far! Kenyatta, the leasing specialist here, was wonderful in helping us find the unit we wanted and making sure we got all our questions answered. We wish we had her as a leading agent anywhere we go; she was so sweet and friendly which also made the search for a new place to live all the more easy!!

Love living here!! Great units and layouts for the price and the staff have been nothing but helpful. Shout out to my girl Kenyatta for making our transition to a different unit seamless and answering every question we threw at her. Maintenance always takes care of any submitted request in a timely manner. Location is great, close commute to downtown but far enough away from all the chaos. Happy to have resigned here :)
