Our experience at The Lola has been great. The management team is incredibly attentive and supportive, and it truly shows in how well the community is cared for. We love the amenities—especially the guest suite that’s available to book, which has made it so easy for friends and family to come visit and stay comfortably. The community events are such a sweet touch and have really helped me feel connected and at home, especially as someone who moved here from out of state. The property is quiet, clean, and very well kept, and I genuinely feel safe living here. It’s clear that management is invested in maintaining a high-quality living experience, whether it’s upgrading the parking garage flooring, regular power washing, or improving the trash valet system. We’ve already re-signed our lease for a second year because we truly couldn’t imagine finding a better location or complex. Highly recommend The Lola! Especially for anyone new to Austin.

I’ve had such a great experience living at this apartment. The building is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and any time I’ve needed something, management has been extremely responsive and helpful. The amenities are convenient, the location feels safe, and the overall community vibe is really welcoming. My unit is bright and comfortable, and everything has worked exactly as expected. I’ve truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable, stress-free living experience!

My husband and I have been at the Lola for almost a year now and we LOVE IT! So close to everything on S Congress but it is quiet and peaceful at our unit. Landscaping is beautiful and the pool and hot tub are gorgeous too. Pleasant management and we couldn't be happier! Never plan to move.

Lived here for two years and loved every minute of it! The management team went above and beyond to accommodate. Unfortunately I had an issue with a pipe in my apt but Samantha and the team handled it as fast as they could reassuring me and continuously updated me with everything as they fixed the issue. I been apartment living most of my adult life and haven’t had a team go out of their way like the Lola staff has. I recently had to move from Austin but I cannot express how lucky I was to live at the Lola the last two years…. I am writing this review because my current property manager is the worst and I missed Samantha’s professionalism and empathy.

After living here for only 8 months, I can confidently say that living here has resulted in some of the worst management experiences I’ve ever had. Even upon move in we had a rocky start with Dru telling me our apartment would look one way, only to have it not be the correct layout so we negotiated free parking for the duration of our lease. 8 months later and we were just now able to get a hold of someone who could reimburse us for all the months that we’ve paid because Dru said there actually wasn’t anything they could do after already agreeing to the free parking. Secondly, and what prompts me to write this, is that last week we got a leak in our ceiling shortly after they began renovating the unit above us. Long story short, it’s now an entire week later and they have had loud fans and dehumidifiers running constantly in our apartment to try and dry up the ceiling that they cut a giant hole in (along with tubes left in our sink), left dry wall on the floor, and have not updated us or offered any sort of help without us having to beg for it. I even cried to the front desk woman last Friday because they told us not to turn on our AC because they didn’t know where the leak was coming from, it was 85 degrees in our apartment, nobody was helping or updating us, and she literally told me her boss was on PTO until Monday so she couldn’t do anything for me. Well, it’s Tuesday and still nothing. They genuinely don’t care about their tenants at all and it’s so obvious it’s embarrassing and ridiculous. Even if the office staff can’t help us, the blatant lack of humanity and empathy from the staff that we’ve talked to has been appalling. I chose this apartment because it was pretty and a great location, but unfortunately should’ve trusted all the horrible reviews about Greystar properties.
