I spoke with Michelle over the phone as I am looking for a place for my parents and she was so helpful. She answered all my questions with ease and seemed very knowledgeable. She walked me through the website to look at floorplans and helped us explore our options. It was refreshing that she provided us with all the pricing and fees up front and really explained the amazing special available. The location is perfect and hoping a two bedroom on the first floor becomes available soon!

I’ve really enjoyed living here. The property is kept up nicely, and anytime I needed something, it was taken care of pretty fast. I also want to give a shout-out to the property manager, Lorena. She’s always helpful and easy to talk to, and she really takes care of the residents. I appreciate everything she does.

My move was incredibly smooth and easy thanks to Lorena. She was extremely resourceful and knowledgeable about the area, providing helpful information on schools, shopping, and food options. I was especially impressed by her professionalism and her patience in working with my very indecisive attitude while trying to choose the right floorplan. Lorena went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. I truly appreciate her dedication and highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent service.

My stay at the landing has been wonderful! The units are nice, affordable, and have energy savings through the aquatherm heat every winter! I spend much less on heating here than I have anywhere else. The new management is doing a much better job than Graystar had ever done. This year they've powerwashed my building twice which hadn't been done since I moved in in 2021, and the maintenance staff completes my work orders same day always! I have a cat and a dog and Logan the maintenance man took time to be friendly with them and I never have to worry about locking them up when I'm away anymore! I cannot recommend this property enough.

This apartment has a huge trash problem. It is pretty gross. Every month, every resident is charged a mandatory doorstep trash collection fee. You are supposed to leave trash in the hallway on specific days and times (and inside of trash bins) and most residents completely disregard the rules. As a result, there is loose trash bags piled up in the hall on almost a daily basis. It is ESPECIALLY bad on the weekends. It is embarrassing to bring friends to my apartment, because there are trash bags littered all over the public hallways. In the hotter months, it can start to smell and attracts flies. Over the past few months I have sent more than 10 emails (with specific room numbers and pictures) to the management team asking for something to be done, and the issue has not been resolved. Tenants are supposed to be fined a lease violation fee every time these rules are broken, but the management has continually been letting people get away with it, even though I am providing constant proof of lease violations. All that they need to do is send a single person around the property on the weekend to find units breaking the trash pickup rules, charge them a fine, and eventually people would stop doing this. Attached are just SOME of the pictures I have sent the management team over the last few months, and this is mostly just in my hallway alone. These pictures were all taken during times when there is NOT supposed to be any trash in the hall.
