I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Landing at Double Creek. I have lived here for 11 years and it has truly felt like home the entire time. The community has always been great, but the recent change in management has taken everything to an entirely new level. The new management company is absolutely amazing, and Kiersten, the property manager, truly runs a tight, well-organized, and professional operation. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and the overall experience here. The grounds are always beautifully maintained—clean, green, and consistently cared for. The security gates are some of the best I’ve ever seen in a residential community, which really adds to the peace of mind and sense of safety. Maintenance is equally impressive—requests are handled quickly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. It’s rare to find a team that is this responsive and reliable. Overall, this community offers a perfect blend of comfort, safety, and pride of place. It’s quiet, well-run, and feels like somewhere people truly care about where they live. I would highly recommend The Landing at Double Creek to anyone looking for a place to call home—you won’t be disappointed.

Was a great experience. The rep and I talked like we knew each other forever. The property is well kept and the apartments with yards were huge. Loved it

Will be pretty good if after fixed whatever needs to be fix it The technician make a note detailing what was wrong. Most of the time is a zero communication between the technician and the renters.
