The epitome of opulence. Incredible amenities and the most iconic skyscraper in the Austin skyline. Nothing even comes close. And unlike other buildings, this is 100% all residential, no mixed-use compromises whatsoever.

Best apartment building in town! But mainly, because the staff makes it feel like home! Yesi, Ellie, Megan, Trent, Pari, Chase, etc. have been my absolute anchors, especially after my divorce. ❤️ They always go the extra mile and make me feel truly at home in a way I’ve never experienced in any apartment building before. Their warmth, attention, and genuine care turn this place into more than just a residence. It’s a community. ❤️ I’m so grateful for this team. Highly recommend living at the Independent.

Staff matters, and the staff here is fantastic. Super helpful and nice, and despite it being a difficult job, always seem happy to address your needs. Javier, Trent, Megan, Pari, and others all very helpful throughout the move and after. Of course the building and location is nice. So the staff are what make the difference.

Very nice condo/apartment building. Currently the tallest building in the city. Apartments are small but nice. All amenities are very nice. Elevators are also very fast and run well. I like how the building is secure access requiring your fob to enter go upstairs and all the amenities. Very nice building overall.
