I LOVE living here at Hillside. You simply cannot beat the views of downtown Austin and the Canyon Preserve. I personally think the buildout of these condos is nothing short of well-built. As with any construction, if you get in on the ground floor, the builder will work with you as much as they can. I chose which brand of appliances I wanted and made minor building changes. The down side - no cover on the outside deck. A quiet community to live in; plus, the natural beauty, great neighbors, decor is warm and modern...and it's a great location.

Great place to live! I don't know what one reviewer was talking about w/ mold, etc. I had this place inspected up and down and everything was fine except a couple flashings were loose. I have lived here since 2012 and it's been great. Nothing like these condos in the heart of the Hill Country. Beautiful preserve backs up to the property and downtown views can't be beat!

Cheaply built, toxic buildings that you can hear your neighbors due to thin walls. Honestly, for the price tag of these units, it is a real shame. I feel bad for folks who own or just bought. Check out the building materials, and the cheap construction work for sure - it all "looks" chic and neat, but it's not toxic free building materials. The base boards are cardboard paper with paint on top, carpeting is really lowest grade and the lack of covering on the roofs, allow the rain into the cheaply built outside walls. No plants can grow on your patio due to the excessive cedar trees and mold on the buildings. Nice appliances, but research BOSE frigs... they break down frequently - especially the ice maker. I would be very upset if I owned here and had to put up with hearing my neighbor's music (which I do now) and walking up and down the steps. In addition, the cheap rugs smell like formaldehyde and have gotten into my lungs so now I have to get treatments. WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!

Beautiful views of the nearby preserve and downtown and the location in town can't be beat. The landscaping is well-maintained. The exterior design is of contemporary materials using wood, metal and limestone with modern appointments and appliances inside. There are opportunities to upgrade if you purchase your unit during the construction phase and construction quality is excellent. There are architectural controls and limited visitor parking issues but that's a given in any condo community.
