Mariah in the front was awesome!!! She was crazy helpful, answered all of my questions and was really kind. Cleared up any confusion I had about visitor parking.

I don’t leave reviews often-but I feel I’m left with no choice. I lived here for two years and when in need of assistance from management it proved to be very difficult to get that assistance. I turned in my keys on March 16th. Previous to moving out I voiced concerns about being charged for discoloration of the tub. It was very clear it was of poor quality/improperly resurfaced and I didn’t want to be charged for that. I requested that the apartment manager do a walk through before I turned in my keys-specifically worried about the tub. She said “you shouldn’t be charged for anything”. Time goes on- I was charged $100 for the tub on my final invoice. I have yet to receive my deposit back and I’ve been told Coco would call back to answer my question questions/provide insight. But she NEVER calls- I have called at minimum 6 times to check in on this subject. I am owed almost $500. Very disappointing.

I had great experiences with the staff here especially with maintenance guy Fabian who’s is quick to respond to work orders and fixes things in a timely manner.

Fabian Alarcon has been reliable and professional. Maintenance requests are usually handled in a timely manner, and is polite and respectful when entering the apartment. Issues like plumbing and electrical problems have been fixed properly, and communication about scheduling is clear. While response times can sometimes be slower for non-urgent requests, overall the maintenance service does a good job of keeping the building clean, safe, and well-maintained.
