I lived here for 3 years, and the experience was good overall. However, don’t expect to get your security deposit back. Even if you leave the apartment clean with only normal wear and tear, they find reasons to deduct the entire deposit. Asking for proof of damages only leads to being sent back and forth between the leasing office and receiving department, with no clear resolution or evidence provided.

Absolutely love this complex! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They have events every month and the property is very clean. It’s also very quiet. I have had minimal complaints.
