Destiny and Kathryn were absolutely amazing throughout the entire application process. They were extremely professional, attentive, and took care of all of my concerns right away. They made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way, which made moving into my new apartment a great experience. I truly appreciate their support.

Carol and Destiny have been been a huge blessing to this community. As a long time resident, I can truly say the new management has made a positive difference. Every time I come into the office. they are welcoming and patient and helpful. They genuinely listen care and always do their best to help. It's refreshing to see management that truly values their residents.

Do not move here. Do not move here. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Update 11/14/25: The property absolutely refuses to do maintenance work. I’ve had mold growing in my apartment as a result of a faulty/dirty HVAC system. No one does anything. No one makes any attempt at repair. And every maintenance ticket I put in gets marked as “resolved” despite no one coming. I’ve had to put in several tickets and they all get marked as “resolved” even though nothing happens. I call the property management and they try to pawn the blame off on maintenance or find other excuses. Don’t live here. These people deserve to be sued into the ground. Edit to respond to management: I called the phone number you provided and it was disconnected. Y’all can’t even give your residents a phone number that works. —— Original review: This complex is awful. Management changes constantly. The water goes out on a regular basis. Alarms go off regularly for no reason. We can’t get maintenance to actually come fix anything and when they do come, it’s a temporary fix at best. The building is crumbling and the ownership will let it crumble around you and not do a single thing. Do not move here. What you save in money you pay for in shitty management practices and suffering.

I’ve really noticed a big improvement around the community lately, and it’s clear the new management has been putting in a lot of hard work. They’ve been making positive changes and keeping everything well-maintained — especially the fitness center, which is one of my favorite parts of living here. The gym is clean, spacious, and has everything you need — treadmills, ellipticals, rowing machines, and plenty of weights and strength equipment. The machines are in great condition and the layout makes it easy to get a full workout without feeling cramped. I also love the motivational wall that says “How bad do you want it?” — it adds a nice energy to the space. It’s great to see management taking pride in the property and really listening to residents. The new team is friendly, responsive, and clearly dedicated to making this place better every day. Between the excellent fitness center and the improvements all around the complex, it’s easy to see how much effort they’re putting in. Highly recommend checking this place out — the community feels refreshed, and the fitness center alone makes it stand out from other apartments!

AVOID THIS COMPLEX LIKE THE PLAGUE. The problems are ENDLESS at Enclave. When we moved in, our apartment was dirty and roach infested with multiple maintenance issues including dirty and moldy vents, missing parts to the shower, fire alarms without batteries, just to name a few. The parcel lockers are always broken, there are hidden trash fees, broken sidewalks/foundations, and open electrical/fire boxes. We heard rats crawling in our ceiling and reported it to management during the management switch from Greystar to RPM Living, and the problem never got addressed. A month later, the ceiling above our bathroom starts leaking, so they bust open a hole in the ceiling, and of course the rats infest our apartment. We reported this to management on a Wednesday, and they said nothing could be done UNTIL NEXT MONDAY. They contacted their pest control multiple times yet nothing could be done. Management was refusing to give us compensation even though our apartment was in uninhabitable conditions for 4 days. After much pressure we finally got compensation and a free cleaning. BUT the only thing pest control did was lay down a couple of sticky traps that caught nothing. MY rat traps actually caught something, and after 3 DAYS the hole in the ceiling was finally covered and the rats made their exit, before pest control even came. Management was nearly impossible to contact unless we went in person, and we never received calls for updates as they promised. Now, months later there are more pest problems. The roach infestation continues to get worse despite pest control spraying chemicals monthly, even double for us since we put in a work order (before the resident portal was taken down and now you have to go into the office). It’s so bad our fire alarm was going off at night BECAUSE THERE WERE ROACHES HATCHING INSIDE OF IT. Maintenance did nothing but replace the batteries in it. Before the resident portal went down, I also put in a report for moldy and broken vents in our bedroom on May 13th, and still no one has come to check if the vent is even working let alone for mold. With the resident portal down, we also have to use a new payment system (cash and checks are not accepted you have to use the online payment system that does not accept partial payments). It has been 16 days since rent was due and we have not received our credit from RRISD, that is $350 that we are owed and this is not the first time that they have delayed paying us our credit. We went to the office multiple times to address this issue, we were promised a call from the manager and a week later there has been no attempt to contact us. Please, DO NOT SIGN WITH ENCLAVE. This has been THE worst complex I have ever lived in and we are counting down the days until we are moving out. Edited August 3rd, 2025: They marked our work order for the moldy vents as complete on 7/28 but the vents are untouched, moldy as ever. It is the 3rd month in a row that they have failed to issue us our RRISD credit. Samantha and the front desk staff are very kid and helpful, they have allowed us to pay what we actually owe with a money order since we are forced to pay the full amount online which does not include our credit. They are amazing and we appreciate them for helping us as we’ve dealt with the inconsiderate and exploitive corporation that is RPM Living. Still would NEVER recommend anyone living here.
