This is the best apartment I've ever lived at! They are constantly on top of maintenance and very good at communicating.

Just moved in less than a month ago. So far everything has been great. The apartment has been renovated so it looks modern. Everything was very clean when I moved in. The neighborhood is quiet. All my maintenance requests have been addressed quickly and professionally. Eddie is great! He goes above what’s required. My biggest complaint is the lack of insulation from the neighbors upstairs. Emily and Avery both responded very quickly and communicated with the neighbors and it’s gotten better.

One great community!!! The grounds are kept in great shape and the staff is incredibly friendly. Each time I have been to the office, I have been met with smiles and great hospitality. They ladies are extremely knowledgeable about the property and always happy to help.

I’ve really enjoyed living here. The flat is spacious with a great layout and the front office staff is always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Definitely a great place to live!

Will update after finished with lease* NoA on McNeil has made getting an apartment a breeze! Avery goes up and beyond the minimum for you and these homes are spacious with garages included! My wife and I are renting a 3bd and couldn't be happier. Thank you Avery! **Update we signed a 2nd lease And continue to love this community. Need maintenance? The come promptly, have a complaint? They listen and make changes. Great complex.
