After eight years of being here and getting transferred after water damage, they are trying to say my old unit smells like a pet lived there, but yea don’t bring up the black mold I breathed in every day

Absolutely love this place! The floor plans are spacious and flexible, the community is quiet and gated, and covered parking is a huge plus. It’s tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac, just down the street from the park and within walking distance to the new H-E-B—such a convenient location. The price and value are unbeatable. Best of all, the neighbors are incredibly friendly, and the property owners take great pride in maintaining and continuously improving the space. It truly feels like home. This property gave me the ability to afford to live in the heart of 04 and not need to share a space. Highly recommend.

This is a great place to live! Walking distance to South Congress and the new HEB.

I enjoyed the neighborhood and my apartment itself, but trying to contact anyone from the property management company was always difficult. I had two neighbors with issues with rats that were on going . And then the property owner started moving in many of her family members who would sit in the courtyard and speak loudly on the phone for hours as well as be rude to other neighbors.
