I had a great experience touring The Edition with Kilish. He was very knowledgeable and made the whole tour easy and enjoyable. The property is beautiful — the pool area really stood out and feels like a resort, and the gym is spacious and well-equipped. I also loved the finishes inside the apartments; everything looks modern and high-end. Overall it was a great tour and Kilish did an awesome job showing the property.

Edit Feb 25, 2026: I did not wake up by 9am to keep the trashcan and was given a warning at 11am. I felt this is unnecessarily strict and lacking basic flexibility for residents. Edit Aug 19: I appreciate leasing calling to clarify operating times and maintenance request procedures so I am updating the ratings back to 5 stars. Edit Aug 18: There seems to be common problem with Kairoi apartments. The elevator vendor they use is Schindler which I've also experienced issue at another Kairoi property. Not long ago, all 3 of their elevators broke down and now elevator 1 cannot be called from level 4. This apartment's Maintenance team doesnt work on weekends which often means inconvenience if things broke down on weekends. Past review: I moved in last month and have really enjoyed living here so far. The management and maintenance teams are friendly, professional, and responsive. The neighborhood feels safe, as it's surrounded by office buildings and has a calm, low-traffic atmosphere. It’s a great place for dog owners, there are plenty of quiet streets and open spaces to walk your dogs. I also appreciate the little perks, like the occasional coffee truck sponsored by the apartment. Overall, it's a quiet, peaceful community that’s been a great fit for me. I may update this review in the future as I get to know the place more, but so far, I’m very happy here.

I love living at The Edition! I grab coffee downstairs every morning, take daily walks around the pond trail, and love laying out by the pool when the weather’s nice. The resident yoga sessions and vendor markets are such a fun bonus! My two-bedroom apartment with a roomy patio is perfect—I can’t wait to host my family for Thanksgiving and use the guest suite again for visitors. I also love the team here! The maintenance guys are so friendly and take care of my service requests quickly. The office team is super sweet and always asks about my cat and my day. Alex, Jordan, Adela, and Kilish are all so thoughtful and genuinely helpful—it really makes The Edition feel like home.

I absolutely love living at The Edition! The management and staff do an incredible job, always on top of everything and incredibly friendly and flexible. The amenities are fantastic, everything is spotless, and any issue is handled immediately. The whole process, from touring to signing the lease, was seamless. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal Team and Amazing Community Our experience at The Edition has been nothing short of incredible. From the very beginning, Adela helped us tour the units, answering every question we had with patience and care. She never made us feel rushed, which made the process so enjoyable. Adela and Emily have been amazing during our move-in, making it a breeze and always being available to answer questions. Even our pup loves stopping by the leasing office to say hello! Alexandra, the community manager, has been equally wonderful, resolving any minor concerns with care and efficiency, making us feel truly supported. Steven and the maintenance team have been prompt and attentive, addressing any issues in our unit quickly and professionally. Their responsiveness is unmatched. The property itself is beautiful, and while still under construction (as expected upon move-in), we’re thrilled to have gotten in early. The convenient location, stunning amenities, and warm, welcoming staff make The Edition feel like home. The thoughtful touches here truly set this community apart. From enjoying a coffee by the fire to participating in fun events like yoga and mimosas or celebrating National Bagel Day, The Edition goes above and beyond to make residents feel valued. At Christmas, they even provided a room filled with complimentary wrapping paper, bows, and cards for residents to use. We’re so happy to call The Edition home and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a vibrant, supportive, and well-cared-for community.
