The Eden at Pearson Ranch

Review Revision: 3 months and 2 weeks into my lease Issues: Neighbors don't follow valet trash schedule and I repeatedly have to turn them into the office. Sorry if I don't want to smell garbage when I walk out of my apartment when there is a trash shoot not 50 steps down the hallway people can't use on the off hours of the valet schedule. This is a gated community but whats the point, the gate is always broken. I have a built in DESK in my unit that has NO cable access hole and no outlets anywhere near it. I complained about this in the beginning of my lease and the maintenance man: Jordan agreed with me 100% and he discovered it was only on my floor plan that had no electrical outlet. Well Jordan left for whatever reason and the head of maintenance basically told me (thats how it is, deal with it) so that ALONE guarantees me I won't be extending my lease. This is a screwup by the builder and I can name 100 things the inspectors missed as I am an inspector (just not for this complex) and NOTHING will be done. What is the point of having a built in desk you can't use .. might as well might it a MUD room as it shares a wall with the tiny laundry closet. The staff (front office) seem to be great, it is the community I dislike.. GABLES used to mean premium, now its just cheap crap. Just because it looks good on the outside doesn't mean anything. I've lost all respect for any and all "GABLES" communities

I am very disappointed with the property management. The trash room on the third floor has been completely full for over a week and has not been cleaned. The smell is extremely strong, and the trash has piled up to the point where the door cannot even be closed. I have sent multiple emails to the management team to report this issue, but I have received no response and no action has been taken. This is a serious sanitation and health concern, especially in warm weather, and it is unacceptable for an apartment community that claims to be professionally managed. I hope management will take this issue seriously and improve their responsiveness and basic maintenance.

I had such a fantastic experience, and I owe a big thank you to Payton! She was absolutely wonderful and took the time to answer every single one of my questions with patience and genuine care. I felt incredibly welcomed throughout the entire tour, which made a huge difference. Beyond the excellent service, the property itself is absolutely gorgeous and well-maintained. I especially appreciate that the area feels very safe and secure. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property!

These guys thought of everything! Phenomenal design with all the amenities you could want in an apartment complex. It’s beautiful, makes you feel like a resort. From the golf simulator, to the large gym and the pool, really a fantastic space. Well kept, very clean all around the property. Very well done, highly recommend if you’re apartment hunting.

I can confidently say this is one of the most beautiful apartment communities. The amenities are top notch and make everyday life feel like a resort. I really enjoy all the amenities and the park space next to the community. There is a golf simulator, two story gym, two level pool with a Baja shelf and cabanas, community gardens, a speakeasy, dog wash, a pool table, bocce ball courts, and more. The staff here is incredible - always friendly, responsive, and going above and beyond. The design of the community is thoughtful too. The corridors are wide and spacious, and the ceiling heights are 10 feet or higher throughout. I've thoroughly enjoyed my time here and highly recommend.
