The District at Brodie Lane

STAY AWAY! The Brodie has gone massively downhill! Existing renters are charged more to renew their lease than new renters AND the new renters get 6-8 weeks free! Make is make sense! I would suggest going elsewhere. Don’t confuse surface level fixes with a good apartment complex. If you want a flexible rental agency and one that looks after their long time renters, GO ELSEWHERE!

I have been living here for a while and recently made the push to move out of state, that being said my time here has been lovely. Some of the cleanest apartments i’ve lived in at since moving to austin, i adored the scenery, and the staff has been nothing short but lovely (Im gonna miss you Jordan, shout out ). While is sucks to be leaving I highly recommend this apartments, especially knowing there are some hard misses in the south austin area, The brodie is a gem.

eh. could be worse but also should be much better for paying $2000. having to put in multiple work order for the same issue is frustrating, the selling points for signing at the apartment are either broken or not available. mold and roaches. broken appliance and doors upon move in. on a positive note, the location is nice, pretty spacious, and the front office people are nice (however you have to go in the office and wait 10-20 minutes to talk to someone because you will not get ahold of anyone over the phone)
