New resident at the Brodie and from the very first visit to the leasing office I knew this was going to be a good spot. After my visit a few weeks later I was packing up my stuff and moving in! Jesus was my first contact in the leasing office, he is extremely friendly and helpful. He even helped on my move in date to make it quick and smooth. Yulissa in the office is the other shoutout, very genuine and kind. I’m excited for my life here at the Brodie, thank you leasing staff and maintenance team!

Dirty walkways. Overflowing trash dumpster /rats scatters at night when going to dumpster bc the valet trash they force u to pay for doesn’t pick up or comes super late and scares the crap out of u bc u think someone is doing something sketchy just outside your front door but it’s just valet. And critters come and get into the trash outside your front door causes a dirty mess and smells . Anything for corporate to make a ton more extra money . Back In the day you would take your own trash when YOU are ready and guess what no mess no smell and no nasty dirty walkways and stairs, which is unpleasant and embarrassing when you have visitors coming to your front door and you can see hundreds of stains and smells in the walkway to get to the front door. Disgusting. If and when a pressure wash, they’re too cheap to actually have it professionally done using commercial grade pressure washing, cleansers, and degreasers. They don’t professionally clean units.Patios are grossly neglected. Every place can have potential to be nicer and cleaner and prettier. Corporate management is about how much they make. Gate sometimes doesn’t work, pool isn’t cleaned PROPERLY. go elsewhere to rent or figure it out on your own by leasing with them. OWNER/REP: who responds to these reviews save your time and empty promises I’m no longer renting .

I moved to The Brodie just under 5 months ago & thought it would take time to adjust from living in a house to moving to an apartment but is has been a fabulous experience right from the start. I first met Jesus in the leasing office & he was instrumental in making the whole process of looking at the different layouts & the rental application as seamless as one could hope for. Moving in, getting everything set up, getting a few minor things fixed - everything has been so easy thanks to Jesus, Andrew & Yulissa in the office and the wonderful maintenance team who take such great care of all of the units & shared areas - thank you to all of you! The amenities, the activities for residents, the proximity to anything anyone would need, the great neighbors, the feeling of being welcomed … all of it are some of the reasons I absolutely recommend moving to the Brodie! It truly is a great place to live !!

My family and I moved in a little over two months ago and things have been stellar from the start. Booking a tour for the next day online was super quick and easy, and our leasing agent Jesus was able to find us the perfect place for us that fit ALL of our needs and checked all the boxes of everything we were looking for in our ideal home. I appreciated being able to view the actual apartment we would be renting as opposed to a model unit that typically doesn’t come with the same finishes and appliances. The amenities are great, the staff from the leasing agents to the maintenance team are all very helpful, kind, and friendly, and the location is great to get to everything you could need close by. I had been eyeing this complex since last year and I’m so glad it ended up being a perfect fit.

I’ve been living at The Brodie for a while now and have really enjoyed my time here. The grounds are well-kept, and the location is super convenient for getting around South Austin. My unit is spacious and well-kept, with updated appliances and tall ceilings that make the space feel even more open. The office staff has been friendly and responsive whenever I’ve needed help, and maintenance requests are usually handled quickly. I especially appreciate how quiet and peaceful the community feels, even though it’s close to shops, restaurants, and major roads. Parking is generally easy, and I always feel safe walking my dog around the complex. They also have a huge dog park where your pup can run wild and a convenient dog spa on-site to keep them clean after all that playtime—such a great perk for pet owners! The pool area is clean and inviting, with a recently updated grill area featuring a Green Egg, perfect for enjoying cookouts with friends and neighbors. Overall, I would definitely recommend The Brodie to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live in Austin!
