Not super enthusiastic about the location, but its not terrible. The accommodations are fair for the cost and quality of living.

Management sent especially snarky messages inappropriately that were misspelled and incomprehensible. Once, a two-story feature fell down with the wind and we got text saying to quit letting them know about it. Annually, features were removed (fence between apartment and 35, a bush outside of window, garden, The payment in the laundry got updated with no updates to the washer or dryer) In fact, maintenance told me “the owner doesn’t want to put money into this place only wants to make money.” The snarky replies to the reviews reflect a poor management style that is extremely unprofessional. Accompanying pictures include the two story feature that fell down, a hole that was dug in front of my apartment with no warning, no cones and no safety tape. No email no note no text no warning or explanation at all. Once, we got a mass text because somebody was in the manager’s parking spot even though I’m sure they had all the information for all the renters cars. Typical of the unnecessarily rude communication. Low point of my life was living here.

Audra is a gem- Punctual, informative, communicative, and friendly at every touchpoint. I’m really impressed with how smooth the inquiry process was. Side note: the homeless camp issue was resolved by the city, and the property also put up fencing. I also agree with other reviews that this spot is tucked away. It’s nothing flashy, but it is well maintained and has all the essentials. You can’t beat the price for what you’re getting.

I love the location of my new apt it’s tucked away and very small which is perfect. Very simple and clean. I was having a really hard time finding a place and this place looked beyond my past and gave me a chance. I can now have my son living with me after 3 long years of struggling to life adjustments. Truly life changing!

Audra is hands down the best property manager I have ever had the joy and pleasure of experiencing. And that is saying something given that I myself worked in residential property management for 7 years. The deal on rent you cant beat. For what the complex lacks compared to other places...it makes up for in the following: 1. Management responsiveness and mass communication updates are sent when needed and never overdone. The "homeless" issue we had a couple years ago was efficiently handled thru the combined efforts of our property management, surrounding landlords, and law enforcement 2. Quiet and friendly neighbors. I have never been so social as I have been here at the Cliffs. 3. Location. There is a small/medium yet decently sized park right behind us, with tiny trails in the woods surrounding it. The. Neighborhood behind us is very decent and safe and friendly. 4. Access to multiple 24/7 locations within walking distance: 2 7-Elevens, Dennys, Whataburger, and a short drive to Walgreens. The cost for an Uber to get to downtow is super cheap if you like to go out there. 5. Maintenance. I have worked at places much newer and nicer than this complex that had a broken maintenance team. It is honestly, yeah, one of the most overlooked the quality of life aspects of a complex that one should consider before moving somewhere. Requests at the Cliffs are always responded in a very timely manner and Audra makes sure to follow up with you with any updates if necessary. Oh the laundry matt machines are app operated and inform via text when your cycles are done.
