I love this place. Quiet. The ladies in the office are so nice. They always took care my apartment. And the guys that come are very caring .

I have lived at the brook apartments for some time now, the area is nice i love the greenery but there are some cone and pros Cons: -they dont ever clean the trash from around the property they have a creek on ine end that constantly has trash -maintenance is slow and even when they are there they are so rude ! -they are super old upon move in a lot of things were still broken youd have to out a ticket in for maintenance -the leasing office lady natasha she is very condescending and manipulative the other staff members are influenced by her for sure dont trust any of them Pros: -the prices for the apartments are low very nice area -the wild life they have so many squirrels and birds i love to sit outside and just watch them - it can be quiet and peaceful some units are close to the highway so that might be different depending -Lots of greenery and trees i love it so much ! Over all i love/hate the brook apartments

***IF YOU ARE A GOVERNMENT WORKER DO NOT LIVE HERE*** Does not accommodate during a government shutdown. Threatens eviction if not paid while we are not currently being paid. I had to scrounge all my money what little I have. To pay so I wouldn’t be evicted while still having to report to work.

The application process was new for me but the managers and staff on the premise are super helpful! We’ve already moved in now and they continue to impress how well everyone treats each other here. The pool is big! They are doing repairs to the exterior of the building. The property is kept up to standard and is a quiet location being so close to IH35! I’m so happy to of picked a lovely community!
