I so love it here, the hospitality and calm environment is top notch. Their services is amazing and always on time, the time to time come together, snacks and dinner sharing crowns it all. What a place to call home

Happy Birfday Jaime 🥳🎂🍨💃🏽, the best apartment manager everrrr!!!! We've been rocking together for 10 years & still going lol, I have truly enjoyed living here in my purple colored Prince apartment 😁💜 as you know me. Thank you for always being there & showing that you care...leading a great staff, I brag on my apartment team...when most complain about theirs I am quick to say "O I can't relate-that's not my Bridge at Techridge Apartments"...keep up the great work guys!!

Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible service. I got roach cleanup done in my apartment. During the service, they opened and removed kitchen switches and other electronic fittings and left everything exposed. After that, no one came back to fix it. The next day, I went to the office three times and called multiple times, but nobody bothered to answer the phone. I was told the whole day that the technician was “on the way.” After wasting my entire Saturday, at the end of the day the front desk lady casually says it’s “not an emergency” according to her and now the technician will come on Monday. Leaving open electrical switches and electronics in a kitchen is somehow not an emergency for them. Zero accountability, zero communication, and zero respect for customers’ time. Very disappointing experience. I would NOT recommend this service to anyone.

A note I sent to management today. Abigail has helped me in the past, honestly I have always had a good experience with everyone in the office. Guillermo is my favorite maintenance man. Does what he needs to do and leaves. Just want to share my experience with Abigail. Someone at Speedx mixed up my package with another resident’s package. Abigail stopped everything she was doing to help me and was able to locate my package. I appreciate her help. Guillermo is always professional, fast, precise when I submit a work order. He is part of the reason I have renewed my lease in the past.

I moved in here in 2023 and oh boy let me say pros the place is mostly quiet i lived towards the back so we would get some noise here and there but the walls a pretty thick so you can’t hear much. Aside from that management would put rules in place with no ways to enforce them. For example the implemented a no smoking policy yet people broke that all the time cigarettes weed you name it. I informed that front. I’ve experienced dogs on loose leashes and don’t get me started on thier pest control I’m not sure where that extra 5 bucks is going but it’s not handling the wasps nest forming around the buildings . I’m pretty confident that if you go to building 10 there’s still active wasp nest on the 3rd stair case in the front and 2nd stair case in the back. Which is asinine to me cause I’ve put in 4 work orders until I figured they didn’t care. Oh and parking don’t get me started on parking compact parking is bad enough but the fact is limited spots and you may have to park next to someone the neighbors may leave you the kindest of notes due to this luxurious parking my car has gotten scrapped up or paint scratched off of it so brought these issues up with management they shrugged it off even once gave them a note a neighbor left me they said don’t worry about it and discarded the note I understand options are limited but this is a common issue around the community. Good things about this community is that they are in the heart of north Austin. And they will work with you when it comes to budget. But that’s about it Would I recommend living here . It’s not the prettiest but it’s a place to stay
