I was asked if I would wright a review about my stay at Bridge at Northwest Hills I'll start by the location from shopping centers H.E B HOSPITALS LIBRARIES NUNBER OF RESTAURANTS STARBUCKS I could go in and on but you get the idea, now when it comes to the place itself it's some 40+ years old in which they are in the process of refurbishing now when it comes to the office personal they have always been there for me both being courteous and solving any problem that mite arise, now when it comes to there Maintenance they have always taken care of any problem I have had with my unit they seem to keep the same personnel which is a good sign I say this becouse in the maintaining of any complex in my experience seems to have a high turnover rate , I also would like to include the Supervisor and his lead man are very knowledgeable in the work they perform. And all that I have mentioned comes from myself a man that has been in the building trade's for over 40 years!

This apartment requires such a lengthy registration process for your car if you are visiting Friends or family that live in the complex And you have to register your vehicle every time you visit, it is clear that they have a deal worked out with the towing company. It’s not like this place has any event venues Nearby or is located in the middle of downtown. Humble urself guys.

I have been long time tenant at Bridge at Northwest Hills and I’ve just happily renewed my lease for another year. The management and the staff are great to work with. In maintenances, Jose is the most efficient and competent maintenance staff I know here. He knew exactly what needed to be to be done and got it done swiftly. Over the years I’ve had opportunities to interact with him and he always delivers on time and professionally! Overall, I am a happy camper here!

I am going on 2 years living here at The Bridge at Northwest Hills apartments and I love it. They take excellent care of the property, always well kept on the outside and if ever a need to call maintenance, they are always very quick to respond and fix the problem! The staff is consistently friendly and there is always some type of event happening for the residents…ice cream socials, food trucks, etc. I will be renewing my lease in February for another year and highly recommend living here. Even all the neighbors are nice & friendly. Definitely give them an A+!!!

Toured these apartments location is great to downtown. But the outside of the building s need painted boards are rotting and the inside is not much better dated appliances and trim bear up only update is the floors. For the price I would keep looking. Somehow they are top 3 best places to live, not sure what they are using for grading that in austin.
