Adrienne and her team have been awesome! I have been a resident for 8+ years. First in a single and then a 3-bedroom. Now I want a 2-bedroom. Maintenance is the real deal. Very responsive and friendly! I love the community and plan to stick around!!! Susie B

I had the opportunity to live at the Bridge at Asher Complex for 2 years. It was lovely experience, the location and price is ideal. The complex itself was overall quiet and well kept. The maintenance crew was ALWAYS working and completed maintenance orders in a timely fashion! Shout out to Russell for always going above and beyond for me!! I initially had a fully upgraded apartment which was absolutely beautiful and renovations were done very well. Moved to a smaller partially renovated unit which was nice and homie too. Amenities are amazing and front desk staff was usually pretty nice. Shout out to Tiffany who was always so welcoming and helpful!! If it wasn't for her taking the extra time to show me around the complex and extra model units then I would not have signed on with this complex. My initial tour with another front desk staff member was terrible...I will say management can be hard to get in contact with, and they will try to charge you for anything and everything they can. Did not really end on good terms with the management, but loved everything else about the complex and would recommend.

It has been extremely disappointing to watch my daughter and her boyfriend deal with ongoing issues at this apartment complex since the very first day of their lease. When they moved in, the unit had a strong cat odor left behind by the previous tenants. It took nearly two months and repeated requests before the smell became tolerable enough to live with. During that time, management showed little urgency or follow-through. Other maintenance issues were also addressed slowly, and when repairs were finally made, they often felt rushed or poorly done. Most recently, my daughter has been dealing with a smoke detector that has been beeping continuously for over a week due to a dead battery. Maintenance came once and replaced it with a used battery, which began beeping again almost immediately after they left. Communication was difficult, and instead of resolving the issue properly, they offered a temporary workaround that did not fix the problem. A non-functioning smoke detector is a basic safety issue, and delays in addressing it put residents at unnecessary risk. Despite multiple work orders, the issue has still not been resolved, leaving her to endure nonstop beeping in her own home—something that should be a simple, same-day fix. This situation reflects a pattern of poor communication, lack of professionalism, and inadequate maintenance response. Based on these repeated experiences, I would strongly caution anyone considering living here to think twice.

I’ve had a very positive experience living here. The staff has always been kind, efficient, and quick to help with anything I’ve needed. I consistently see the maintenance team working hard every day, taking care of their responsibilities with dedication, and I truly appreciate that as a resident. I also want to encourage the community to be more considerate and responsible. It’s part of our job as residents to help keep the shared areas clean — whether it’s the dog park, the pools, or any of the common spaces. We shouldn’t expect the complex to handle everything for us. If we all do our part, we can enjoy a cleaner, safer and more pleasant environment. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and attention I’ve received. Thank you to the staff and maintenance team for your consistent effort and commitment to the community. ❤️❤️❤️

I used to live here for 2 years. Then all of a sudden my roof started to leak 2 weeks before my lease was about to end. So I decided that I didn't want to live or stay in an apartment complex that has problems like this after I talked to the about the problem. So I left without renewing my lease and at the end of my second year lease. Since, I didn't give them proper time of leaving they sent two different payments to collections, this is outrageous! After all the long nights of during the summers of people being extremely loud until late at night when I work early in the morning. The black mold that was forming in my bathroom that I kept complaining about but for them to "fix" the problem for them to come back. Which I should probably go to the hospital, because my health has not been the same since I've lived there. Also, how I've seen an apartment get broken into by 2 men in broad daylight and they stole weapons and other things from a first store apartment. So if you plan on living here well listen to someone that's been though a lot living in this place.
