The Breakers On The Lake

I’ve lived at The Breakers on the Lake for about a year and a half and have had a great experience. When I was deciding which apartment complex to choose, I immediately knew this was the right place because of the strong sense of community. It’s easy to get to know your neighbors, and it really feels like everyone has a great relationship here. The staff is awesome — Paige, Ashley, Martina, and the maintenance team are all super friendly and quick to help whenever something comes up. I really enjoy the community events they host, and the complex is always kept clean (we just had pressure washing done recently). This is by far the best apartment complex I’ve lived at, and I’ve truly enjoyed calling it home.

Just left after 2 fabulous years and miss this place already! It all started with the incomparable Paige in the leasing office… she’s the heartbeat of the whole complex. Nothing is a problem and she genuinely cares about the residents. The rest of the staff were all great too. The pool is fantastic, always plenty of socialising going on, and obviously the location being right ON the hike and bike trail is just insane. Beautiful old trees all around the property, all buildings and stairs recently painted, maintenance crew are great, and I’d say roughy 80% of my issues were fixed same day, the rest were next day. Wish I could have stayed - thank you y’all for a fantastic experience! 😊
