No one knows how to park correctly, they get real close to your car. Complex in the halls and stairway is dirtya nd the community director is super dismissive

I moved into the Bennett in 2023 and I have loved it! Gated community with great amenities. The management and maintenance team were always super helpful and prompt. Covered reserved parking was also great. Very safe and quick access to I-35. Highly recommend!

Relocating to a new state can be daunting, but thanks to the exceptional support from Zoey and Heather, the transition was seamless. Their dedication to residents goes beyond expectations and from experience -they transform challenges into opportunities. What sets The Bennett apart is the genuine care that permeates every interaction. Whether I’m speaking with the management team or reaching out to the facility maintenance crew, I’m consistently met with responsiveness, professionalism and a willingness to help. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently which gives me a real peace of mind .Thanks all, you’ve made putting down root and calling The Bennett home easy.

I have living in The Bennet for almost 2 years. The agents and staff, (especially Zoey) have always been very helpful and prompt in their responses. The Bennet is a beautiful and elegant apartment complex. With several ameneties. Super dog freindly complex. Dog bathing station. Several dog areas. Also including game rooms and a 2 tier gym. Great gym! The environment is calm and serene. The nieghbors have always been polite, gentle and kind. On a personal note, I am a federal goverment employee, and was one of those not receiving pay but was still expected to continuing to work. I spoke with The Bennet management about my situation and they have been SO understanding and super supportive of me. Thank you so so much Heather and Zoey. So The Bennet is absolutly a great place to call home.

I recently toured The Bennett and had an amazing experience! The community is beautiful, clean, and full of great amenities. A huge shoutout to Mitch from the leasing team—he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and made me feel welcomed every step of the way. I highly recommend The Bennett, and if you get the chance, ask for Mitch—he truly makes the experience exceptional!
