Yessica is AMAZING! She toured me and showed me around the community, giving all the information without me having to ask. She was professional , knowledgeable, and helpful. I have definitely decided to move forward with this community as it all starts with first impressions that you receive from front office staff 🤗🤗.

I just want to say that yes I didn’t have hot water for a whole month. Did they provide outlets to get what we needed in the time we didn’t have hot water? Yes, constant communication through email though they may not answer their phone. The Barstow is good for the price you pay with rent. I have made this place my home since it’s close to everything I need! I haven’t had any issues, when I asked for compensation because my water was on and hot water wasn’t working, I got money taken off my rent. I work at a hotel and though they may not be the same, there’s only so much you can do when trying to help people live or stay somewhere. I appreciate everything they do for us residents.

NEVER LIVE IN THESE APARTMENTS!!! Our neighbor on the first floor, in house 11, died and lay locked in the apartment for a long time, no one knew about it. The smell was terrible and harmful to our health. When the police found and took him away on May 4, the apartment administration simply closed the door and only three days later a cleaning company arrived to try to clean it all up. They mixed the smell of cadaveric poison with chemicals and turned on the ventilation at night to air everything out. They opened the windows and we heard it all. There are all the photos and evidence of my words and the neighbors. The manager of the Carolina apartments does not answer letters. The apartment administration was gone for three days when I came. They pretend that nothing happened! They did not even offer to relocate us! We have children living with us! Only today after my third letter they wrote that if we want they can relocate us to another building, but I do not want to live there anymore. I want to get my money back and cancel the lease. The attitude towards the tenants of the apartments was terrible before this situation. I sent photos of my ventilation, I have black mold and mildew in the apartment. Cockroaches everywhere. I had a broken water supply in the kitchen and only after two weeks it was fixed, with a scandal. There is no organization! Unsanitary conditions are everywhere. This is the worst thing that could happen to me. I am a student, studying according to the program. My dog got sick, there is a doctor's conclusion. My dog inhaled chemicals that the cleaning company made and he has poisoning. Now I am waiting for confirmation from the organization that helps me in college and the United States. We will contact a lawyer. NEVER LIVE IN THESE APARTMENTS!!!
