Clean and modern living. Amenities and units are new and polished. Gaby was my agent, and she was kind and very professional in all of our interactions.

I came in on a Saturday to tour and needed a move in date on Monday. Alyssa did an amazing job of expediting the approval process so I was able to move in on Monday.

I first toured here a few months ago looking for a one bedroom. Alyssa was my tour guide, and was very kind, professional, and answered any questions I had right on the spot. I moved in officially about a month ago, and have had a very smooth transition. Any “problems” I’ve had (quick fixes) were immediately resolved by maintenance. It’s a great complex, and the staff here are phenomenal! Would definetly recommend living here and going to Alyssa for any questions you might have.

I lived at Azul for several years. I've moved out and honestly, I'm glad I did. Obviously, this isn't my real name. The owners don't put much into upkeep, and it shows. While the location is convenient, the living experience leaves a lot to be desired. Some of the main issues I experienced: - no regular cleaning services in the hallways (except ground floor) - very poor sound insulation between units (you'll be surprised) - the overall building quality feels low; repainting walls doesn't take that away - some units are outdated - maintenance staff were generally fine, but slow to respond sometimes (too busy fixing things) - hallway carpets were replaced at one point, but they got dirty quickly and the smell...yeah - parking areas and stairwells were dirty; they tried cleaning them once though - pigeon droppings everywhere - few inconsiderate 20 something neighbors, though to be fair, there are some great people living there (mostly 30s+) - rent increases in recent years don't make much sense On the positive side: - great location if you want to be next to O - short trip to downtown, town lake/greenbelt is right across the street Safety can be questionable. Riverside has its reputation. As long as you stay within the campus area, you're fine. And btw, at least one of the 5* reviews here appears to have been left by office staff.

We just transferred from a studio that we loved to a larger unit and the office staff made the transition smooth and were so accommodating. We had a few issues upon move in and the maintenance team was so responsive. The complex is lovely, the amenities are great, the staff are friendly and kind. The location is the best in ATX in my opinion: you get a perfect view of the ATX skyline, located right on the greenbelt, it’s bikeable, walkable, and minutes from downtown and East Austin.
