My move-in experience at Cannon South Apartments was excellent, thanks in large part to Marie Ross, the apartment manager. Marie was amazing throughout the entire process—kind, supportive, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. She made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and easy. Her professionalism, caring attitude, and genuine commitment to helping residents stood out from the very beginning. I truly appreciated her guidance and support, and she made me feel welcome from day one. Thank you, Marie, for making my move-in experience such a positive one!

lived at Cannon South Apartments and lost everything in the February 2024 fire. Watching your home burn down is traumatic enough, but what made it worse was the complete lack of accountability and support from management afterward. According to reports, the fire spread through multiple buildings and there were concerns raised about smoke alarms not going off in the buildings affected. This was documeneted by the media. Residents were displaced overnight, many losing all of their belongings. What shocked me most was how little compassion or responsibility the complex showed to tenants after the disaster. Communication was poor, support was minimal, and residents were left trying to rebuild their lives largely on their own. Losing everything you own is devastating, and no tenant should feel abandoned afterward. They then wanted residents to sign a release not sue them after the fire to get rent back they already paid. I would strongly encourage anyone considering moving here to think carefully about safety, maintenance, and how management responds when residents go through a crisis. A nice leasing tour means nothing if the people running the property disappear when tenants need help the most.

I had been living here for a couple of years now and in two different units. This is the best apartment complex I had ever rented from! Marie is very nice to work with and wherever I request maintenance, it gets done quickly! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is renting!
