Would do anything in your power to avoid this place. Rampant no water issues, lack of urgency as they hold your lease agreement against you. Months of units not having hot water or even pressure to shower. This needs to be investigated by the city as how do you charge rent and utilities ( that havent gone down ) with less water usage. Price is appealing but spend a bit more and actually get to live in your unit. Avoid this place.

Pros: maintenance folks are prompt. Rooms are spacious. The common spaces are convenient. Gates & door can be controlled via an app. Cons: don't even get me started with the water issues that the residents have been plagued with.. Simply DO NOT stay here if you work from home, or if you have elderly folks or kids at home. - For the last 3 months, there have been continuous water shutoffs and water pressure issues, especially in building 6. - Every water shutoff has been the "last" one and is from "9am - 4pm", but there have been follow-up water shutoffs literally every week and they last way past 6pm - The leasing office provided bottled water during one or two of these water outages, but the leasing office closed promptly by 6pm while the water wasn't back any time soon. Oh, and the bottled water was until supplies lasted. Not for all affected residents. - The sink by the pool near building 6 has been broken for ages now despite multiple notices. - All the fire alarms in building 6 went off (falsely) one December morning at 6am and all the residents were forced out of their homes into the cold for 2 hours. - Maybe it's not the management's fault, but it doesn't change the fact that things have been very inconvenient & the residents are super frustrated.
