DO NOT BOTHER APPLYING!!!! After explaining that I was moving from out of another state, I was told there was a special going on $99 app and admin fee and but online after typing up my application their system charged was not coded to show the correct amount for the special they’re offering. I called and was told to apply pay the $200 the system is requiring and that they’d return the difference upon my arrival. I was told they’d reach out for documentation needed like paystubs, ID, the basics. but instead, a few minutes later after paying the $200 and sending in my application, I was sent an email saying that i was NOT APPROVED? They didn’t even reach out for my proof of income or anything. They just took my money and denied me and no refund on the difference of money since i applied during a special. I TRIED calling SO MANY TIMES, no one wants to pick up the phone. Save yourself the headache and save yourself some money and go look elsewhere for a place to call home! I can’t believe I even applied after seeing all the other bad reviews! They’re just robbing people of their hard earned money!!!
