I have experienced poor service over the past two years. There has been no pest control provided, and maintenance responses are consistently late. All maintenance costs have come out of my pocket, and pest control is not included in the maintenance services. I am still waiting for my deposit and have not received any replies to my inquiries regarding this matter. Overall, the service has been extremely disappointing.

Genuinely one of the worst places I've ever lived. The company that owns it doesn't care about the residents and leads you to believe they do. You will regret living here.

There is simply nothing this complex will do to protect your property. My vehicle has been broken into 4+ times, the final time being the time they stripped it for parts so badly it cant be recovered. They do not employ security, and APD won't help you. They will be happy to take your money and give you nothing in return. Move somewhere else.

If you like having your vehicles broken into daily, elevators that don't work, offices that don't pick up the phone during their advertised hours- this is the place for you. The cops won't help you and the apartment complex won't answer the phone, but they'll take your money.

We payed $1,000 for a security deposit and at the end of our lease, were given a bill with the most absurd charges that prevented us from getting back the deposit. I contacted the manager, only to be led on for over 2 months with no real resolution. The company will scam you for any amount of money that they can get and are impossible to communicate with. The cheaper prices don't do anything if you are constantly charged for random items, you're better off paying more and living somewhere nicer.
