We had to find a place for my 95 year old mother to stay for a month while the floor tile was being replaced in our home. From our first meeting with Chris, we were extremely impressed with his attentiveness to details and his excellent staff. The Texan House provided a great home away from home for mother and relieved our stress and worries. Our experience was exceptional from start to finish. Thank you Chris for everything. You and your staff are amazing, treating clients like family! We highly recommend the Texan House for anyone needing a short or long term stay.

Texan House is the best possible choice for our family. The property is wonderful, assistance is top-notch and staff is flexible, available and always kind. We are pleased in every way that we found such a beautiful place for Mom.

The Texan House is a comfortable, affordable and scenic place to stay. It's close to shopping and entertainment and a perfect place to relax. The staff is outstanding and very attentive to their residents. It's an environment your family will love!!

She does not have an established gmail account and I agreed to help in posting her words: "When I began looking for facilities that provided respite care services, I found that most couldn't guarantee a space because the primary focus was on permanent residence. Texan House was different--it focused on short-term stays. This shift in mission was perfect for those needing respite care--not permanent. The second requirement was to allow a small pet, and Ease in letting the pet outside--the layout of the grounds are perfect. I've talked about technical requirements that, while critical, are overshadowed by the 'human' aspects--she was happy--she was given attention and companionship. The staff at Texan House went out of the way to make her feel a part and treated as a welcomed guest. This is priceless. Thank you all so much. I recommend Texan House to anyone requiring this type of service. It fills a critical need in the community."

Superb, caring management making an epic effort to revitalize the old long stay retirement village. They are offering RESPITE or short term stays for seniors who live with their adult children but cant travel, etc. My parents will be using them for my grandmother - we have vetted them out and are very much looking forward to having this wonderful option!
