This apartment complex will invent every fake fee imaginable, they charged me 4 times for fees that were not even in the lease. In another case my lease stated I needed to provide them with my proof of insurance prior to the renewal taking place. I did so, uploading it to their online portal explicitly for uploading documents. They told me it was the wrong place to upload and fined me $400 for it. My lawyer told me it will cost more to fight than I'll get back, so I just moved out. I recommend no one engage with this property, it's owned by a shell company in Massachusetts that only exists to squeeze as much ill gotten money from renters as possible. You will be charged for fake violations, every person I have talked to that lived here more than a year has. It's almost a guarantee. The grounds are also poorly kept. It's a shame because the location, units, and other residents are good. Just a terrible parent company and manager that engage in what I think is a pattern of illegal fines on residents. And where that money goes I don't know because again, the grounds are not well kept at all.

Super responsive maintenance, no bugs, pet friendly, clean property, and friendly neighbors. Great location if you want to be close of downtown but outside of the bustle
