Don’t waste your money here. When you move out, they will charge you for a million things even if you left the apartment spotless. They tried to charge me double for several utilities fees hoping I wouldn’t notice until I called them out. I spent almost $400 extra just for move out fees that their hostile debt collection wouldn’t let me dispute. Scammers.

This place is reasonably priced, has secure parking, and conveniently close to downtown! There’s decent dining around too so that is a plus. Lashawnda was very nice and helpful! I also love that this complex has an elevator.

I visit this complex rather late in the day without an appointment and Lashawda was so accommodating! Not only did she listen to my needs and my budget she still gave me a tour and was very knowledgeable about the area
