Have lived here for 3 years. Recently there was a change in Management and the new woman Jillian has been wonderful to work with. She is polite and very responsive. Already there has been such a positive impact on the new changes made here, and I think the credit goes to her.

St Edwards is a wonderful, quiet community in walking distance to South Congress. I've been really enjoying my stay here; maintenance and staff are very responsive. It's clean, and in a very safe part of town. With a new baby, I've felt secure here. Celeste the property manager has always been very kind and communicative during my stay and the neighbors are very kind. I truly recommend this community to anyone new and looking to explore Austin, or even those who are looking to start a family. If it wasn't for factors outside of my control (unrelated to the complex) then I would 1000% stay here for the long haul.

Don't move here. I've lived here for a long time and things are not what they used to be. They brake into cars and steel all around. Several cars around the property that people live in currently. The property does not do anything about safety or cares about the tenants. Ever since new management things have change. DON'T MOVE HEREEE!!

I previously lived here, before they remodeled the apartments, and absolutely loved the location right off of South Congress. It's really close to downtown and provides easy access to Zilker Park, Barton Springs and all the cute cafes and coffee shops. The complex itself is really quaint and cute, with lots of beautiful trees, and tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood right across the street from St. Edwards University. I recently reapplied and worked with Abby; she was very easy to work with and polite. She took the time to answer all the questions I had (there were many!)

It's really cheap, and in a great location if you go to St.Edward's, but that's about the only 2 pros of this complex. We have had a huge roach issue all year long, and had to have "pest control" come out three times before they decided to fumigate our apartment, which... didn't get rid of them. We have roach traps everywhere, have personally re-caulked the baseboards, roach-aided everything, you name it... and these things are literally invincible. Danyelle, the property manager is really sweet and helpful, but this place isn't worth the money. All of our cabinets have water damage, the apartment was "cleaned" before we moved in but it still needed 2 more deep cleanings before we could really move it all in. Have had EMS carry out a neighbor, as well as someone just randomly on the grounds.
