Spearhead Properties

HIGHLY recommend living in any Spearhead property! I lived at Eden Roc for 7 years, and it was my favorite place I’ve ever lived. The complex has vintage charm, deep windowsills for your plants, wood floors, a swimming pool that you usually have to yourself, and is situated in a super safe neighborhood with walkable restaurants/grocery store/etc, I walk everywhere and was able to have all my needs met without a car. All the tenants are kind, and I developed great friendships with some of my neighbors. The landlords are quick to respond to any maintenance requests, and are so kind to interact with. They let me start a little community garden in the courtyard, and were super reasonable when I thought I might have to terminate my lease early. Absolute gem honest people running this ship, and you rarely find that nowadays. 10/10, I love this place!

I had over 6 years at Eden Roc , brought there by a friend who had stayed even longer. I thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood, restaurants and grocery stores as well as the other tenants I met over the years. The maintenance crew was courteous and responded quickly to everything I needed repaired over my long stay. After years in my own home I was unsure of renting but my experience at Eden ROC has relieved all my fears. It’s a great hood and Spearhead is the best. I’d rent from them again anytime. My granddaughter actually also rents from them at another property and has had the same experience. Thanks again. Patricia Slate
