South Oaks Apartments

This is a great place to live, that’s the reason I’ve been here for six years. The management staff is incredible as well as the maintenance staff. Neighbors are friendly, great amenities, and beautiful spacious apartments. The management staff organizes fun events to bring the community together. I highly recommend this place!

I've lived here for a few months now and still feel like I somehow stumbled across my perfect apartment. It has competitive pricing, super nice apartments, a very convenient location (everything I need is within 10 minutes of me), and the staff has always been overwhelmingly welcoming to me. I was having a lot of trouble getting through my application process and Cierra was beyond helpful throughout all of it and was the perfect person to have on my side when there were problems out of both of our controls. She has always been so friendly and real every time I've interacted with her and her attitude honestly probably helped sell the apartment. The complex recently hosted an event for Halloween and though I only showed up with the intention of claiming the grab and go treats, Isaiah's positive energy was infectious and it was obvious how much work was put in to make residents feel at home, so I couldn't help but stay. Overall, I love living here!!

I first want to start by shouting out Cierra she really came through for me ! She is so kind and she knows her shit southpark crossing is the first apartment I toured and tbh I waste no time I be trying to sign a lease asap I take Ubers so I cant be touring every apartment in austin which can be good and bad lol I learned my lesson with my last apartment ! I went through hell and really did not want to experience that again and Cierra made sure I was taken care of as well as another team member of hers I cant think of his name but shoutout to you too boo 😘 Overall my experience has been so good I am overly satisfied with my apartment this is HOME for me !! Super big thanks to Cierra and her team thank you so much I am very happy my apartment was hella clean y'all baseboards and all !! MOVE HERE YALL LIKE FR !

Came here to get info with my friend and Cierra was the bomb! She was so inviting and made the tour process such a fun experience! She had answers to all our questions and didn’t make us feel like we were just another client. The apartments are updated and super spacious! Definitely told my friend this property was her best pick!!

This is my second time living at Southpark Crossing Apartments. i lived here for 2 years about 3 years ago and had no issues at all. Great staff and service. Smooth move out with no hassle and prompt return of my deposit. That made me consider them again when I needed to moved back to Austin. Amazing front office staff this time too! Cierra greeted me and handled my application process with friendly, efficient service. She went out of her way to accommodate my needs and made my move much smoother. She remembered my baby’s name from our first meeting and made a little welcome home treat bag for my cat. Those little, personal touches really added to the welcoming atmosphere she had already created. Would definitely recommend!
